Any unopened item purchased at Bricknowlogy may be exchanged returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items not purchased at Bricknowlogy may be exchanged for any product or service offered at Bricknowlogy, at manager's discretion. Individual minifigures, custom minifigures, and any other custom work (such as Bricktures) may not be returned or exchanged.
We accept Cash (duh) and all Credit Cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners, and virtually all others. Bring your all your rewards cards here - we take them all!
Soon! We will be piloting a new in-store rental subscription service... for a low monthly fee, you can come in to the store and choose any number of sets from our rental inventory to build right here in the store - no limit! More details soon.

YES!! We offer aggressive store credits for your gently used / nearly new LEGO brand elements and minifigures. All items must be new or nearly new and show no signs of heavy use, scratches marker, dirt, etc. We do not accept trade-ins for any other brands at this time. Minifigures are assessed individually (the more, the easier it is to give larger credits) and bulk pieces are weighed. More details to follow...
We offer three sizes of containers for our customers to purchase bricks in bulk - including many rare and hard to find elements! Our selection is growing daily, so come in often to see what's new.
YES!!! We sell many current and retired minifigures - including LEGO Friends - in many cases with additional equipment, accessories, weapons, etc. Our selection changes daily, so come in and check back often.
Unfortunately, because they are not sold in a sealed package, individual minifigures may not be returned or exchanged.
YES!! We custom print minifig torso and legs here at the store - with any name, logo, or image that you want (and is not copyrighted). Front and Back - examples
